Fomiigo Data Deletion Instructions and Request
This page lets Fomiigo users request deletion of their account and associated personal data, including data linked to Fomiigo through Facebook Login. It applies only to data controlled by Fomiigo and does not delete your Facebook account or data held within Facebook.
1. What we delete
After identity verification and any required account settlement, we disable account access and delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed, including account profile data, Facebook app user identifiers and login links, marketing identifiers, preferences, and other deletable associated personal data.
2. Data that may be retained
We may isolate and retain the minimum records needed to settle orders, parcels, balances, refunds or disputes, or to meet transaction, payment, tax, customs, fraud-prevention, security and regulatory duties. Retained records are not used for marketing and are deleted or anonymized when the retention period ends. See our Privacy Policy.
3. Before you submit
- Resolve open orders, warehouse parcels, refunds, disputes and wallet balance.
- Save any information you still need. A completed deletion normally cannot be reversed.
- Submit only for your own account using its registered Fomiigo email.
4. How to request deletion
Enter your registered Fomiigo email, request and enter the 6-digit code sent to that address, and provide your current account password. The server creates a deletion request only when the registered email, code and password all match, then returns a request ID. This page stores neither the code nor the password. If you cannot receive the code or have no Fomiigo password, email [email protected] from the registered address for alternative verification.
5. Status and contact
We process the request within the period required by applicable law and may send confirmation or follow-up notices to the registered email. Send your request ID to [email protected] to ask about status.
