Fomiigo Returns and Refunds Policy

Version: v1.0

Effective: July 13, 2026

1. Scope and transaction roles

Return and refund rights depend on whether the customer bought directly from a third-party seller and used forwarding, or authorized Fomiigo to provide procurement assistance. The order must identify the actual seller, procurement service, after-sales party and applicable supplier rules. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Before supplier purchase

Before Fomiigo places a confirmed procurement request with the supplier, the customer may request cancellation. Work already expressly requested and completed, or unavoidable third-party costs already incurred, may be charged only when disclosed and legally permitted. Any unperformed amount is refunded.

3. After supplier acceptance

After the supplier accepts the order, cancellation, change-of-mind return or exchange depends on the supplier's policy, product type, customization and actual costs. A restriction such as "no return for non-quality reasons" must be prominently shown and specifically accepted before purchase. It does not apply to counterfeit goods, non-delivery, defects, wrong or missing items, material mismatch, Fomiigo error, or rights that law does not allow to be waived.

4. Warehouse-stage requests

Visible discrepancies shown by agreed warehouse checks should be reported promptly while the parcel remains in China. Fomiigo can assist with a domestic return where available. Return freight, supplier deductions and service fees depend on responsibility and must be itemized. Visual checks are not authenticity, safety or functional testing unless separately ordered.

5. After international dispatch

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, supplier returns usually require interception or international return and may not be possible. Loss, damage or delivery issues follow the accepted route, carrier, insurance and Shipping and Delivery Terms. Reporting within three business days is recommended to preserve evidence, but delay alone does not remove non-waivable rights.

6. Non-returnable items

Lawfully disclosed exclusions may include customized or personalized goods, perishables, hygiene-sealed goods after opening, digital content, goods altered by irreversible value-added work, and products the supplier lawfully excludes. A broad label such as "cross-border goods" does not by itself remove return rights.

7. Refund calculation and route

Refund statements show goods, domestic freight, service work, international freight, supplier deductions, payment charges and other lawful items separately. PayPal refunds return to the original PayPal account and PayPal is not used for wallet top-ups. For non-PayPal payments, the user may choose the original payment path or the Fomiigo wallet where offered. If Fomiigo is legally the seller, its refund duty is not delayed merely because an upstream supplier has not yet reimbursed Fomiigo.

8. How to apply

Submit the order or bill number, reason, requested outcome and available photos or documents through the app or [email protected]. We display review status and distinguish Fomiigo processing time from bank or payment-provider posting time. Complaints and statutory remedies remain available.
