Fomiigo Shipping and Delivery Terms

Version: v1.0

Effective: July 13, 2026

1. Service roles

Fomiigo normally assists the customer in purchasing a route from an independent carrier and is not automatically the actual carrier. The order must disclose the transport contracting party, carrier, route, key restrictions and after-sales rules. Fomiigo remains responsible for its own selection, instructions, documentation, declarations, warehouse handling and disclosures, and accepts carrier or seller responsibility where the actual legal role requires it.

2. Addresses, parcel data and declarations

Customers must provide accurate sender and recipient details, postal code, telephone, tax identifier where required, and truthful contents, quantity, value, use, origin, HS code and sensitive attributes. Fomiigo may request corrections or evidence but will not assist false descriptions, under-valuation or concealment.

3. Warehouse preparation

The warehouse may verify parcel ownership, external condition, weight, dimensions, visible contents and transport-sensitive characteristics; photograph parcels; and propose reinforcement, consolidation, unpacking, removal or split shipment. Irreversible work requires prior confirmation of scope, cost and impact.

4. Route availability and prohibited goods

Availability depends on destination, product, value, weight, dimensions, carrier, customs and law. Weapons, explosives, narcotics, toxic or radioactive materials, counterfeit goods and other illegal items are prohibited. Batteries, liquids, powders, chemicals, food, cosmetics, medicines, medical devices, plants, animals, alcohol, tobacco, high-value goods and branded goods may be restricted or require documentation.

5. Freight and additional charges

Freight may depend on actual or volumetric weight, chargeable-weight rounding, minimum charge, destination zone, fuel, remote area, oversize, customs, return, storage and other disclosed surcharges. Estimates can change after measurement or carrier review. The accepted route snapshot and final logistics bill must show the calculation and applicable additions.

6. Dispatch, tracking and delivery time

A dispatch confirmation and available tracking are provided after handover. Estimated transit time is a reference and normally excludes procurement waiting, warehouse work, documentation, inspection, customs, tax payment, remote delivery, recipient delay, public holidays, congestion and force majeure. Only a route expressly sold with a written time guarantee is governed by that guarantee.

7. Customs, duties and recipient obligations

Unless an order expressly states DDP or that duties are included, the recipient is responsible for import duties, VAT, clearance charges, permits and cooperation requested by customs or the carrier. Tax estimates are not guarantees. Failure to respond may cause delay, storage, return, abandonment or lawful disposal, with charges allocated according to responsibility and applicable law.

8. Delivery, failed delivery and return

Delivery follows the carrier's accepted proof and destination rules. The customer must keep contact information accurate and arrange timely receipt. Incorrect addresses, refusal, repeated failed delivery, unpaid taxes or missing documents may lead to re-delivery, return or storage costs. Fomiigo will disclose available options and supporting records.

9. Loss, damage, delay and claims

Customers should preserve packaging, photographs, weight records, invoices and carrier evidence and report visible problems promptly, preferably within three business days. This recommendation helps investigation but does not automatically remove statutory rights. Compensation, exclusions, evidence periods and insurance limits must be disclosed for the selected route before payment and apply only where lawful. Fomiigo does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Contact

For tracking, return or claim assistance, use the app message center or email [email protected] with the logistics bill number and evidence. These terms work with the Terms of Service, Compliance Statement, and Returns and Refunds Policy.
